The purpose and scope of this Policy is to govern Pasco-Hernando State College’s (College) responsibilities to negotiate and execute charter contracts, as well as process amendments.
The purpose of this policy is to ensure that Pasco-Hernando State College (College) certifies sound fiscal oversight, strong internal controls, and appropriate collection and use of sponsor fees.
