Pasco-Hernando State College is committed to ensuring that its websites, learning management platform, online and e-learning environment is accessible to all stakeholders with disabilities, particularly those with visual, hearing and manual impairments or who otherwise require the use of assistive technology to access information.

PHSC is committed to taking the action necessary to be in compliance with the requirements of Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (Section 504), 29 U.S.C. Section 794, and its implementing regulation at 34 C.F.R. Part 104, and Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (Title II), 42 U.S.C. Section 12131 et seq., and its implementing regulation at 28 C.F.R. Part 35.

We use industry standard tools such as WAVE and Google Accessibility Developer Tools to monitor our websites for usability and accessibility. In order to stay up-to-date with cutting edge technology, our webmaster also attends regular training on website accessibility. We migrated our website to Drupal 8 to ensure ADA compliance.
